  • Co-marketing

    Client name: PM3 and Voxeo

    With a two week deadline Marketing Outsourced helped produce a co-branded piece of literature in time for the Voxeo customer summit in the USA. Using a recent press release which described the partnership announcement between PM3 and Voxeo as source material, Marketing Outsourced copywrote a two page datasheet and gained approval from both companies. At the same time our design team took care of the design, ensuring standards for logos and corporate branding were met.

    With such tight deadlines and to save the sales team lugging brochures across the world, it made sense to get the datasheets printed at a print house close to Voxeo’s office in the US.

    With the same deadline we also produced speaker presentation slides, business cards and a roll up exhibition stand.

  • Brand Strategy

    Client name: Oceanus

    Oceanus needed a solid brand identity for the business and all its products and services. Knowing that Marketing Outsourced had undertaken a similar project previously, Oceanus asked Marketing Outsourced for help. After much brainstorming Marketing Outsourced produced a document presenting several product branding routes and ideas. This was narrowed down to two “families” and developed into design ideas. The “View” family became the favourite and we worked hard to produce a distinct look and colour palette for the logos which would be easy to adapt for new product names. All featured the “document man” which is present in the company logo. He is used as an icon within the products themselves. Marketing Outsourced has also project managed the trademarking of the product names.

    Client name: Interpreters-on-Call

    Software company Interpreters-on-Call were booked to go to an exhibition and needed support in a number of areas to ensure a rewarding and profitable experience. Marketing Outsourced helped with a pre-show mailing, press release, promotional giveaways, presentation slides for their speaking slot and two eye catching banner stands.

    Client name: Oceanus

    Following a successful branding project, Oceanus needed to completely overhaul their website and implement a CMS. Their existing site had not been updated for some time. We put together a requirements document, site plan and produced a graphic design which was then given to a specialist agency, selected and project managed by Marketing Outsourced, for the back end coding. Training was given to staff on the CMS. Marketing Outsourced provided copy and used the CMS to complete the site.

  • Product Branding

    Client name: Gillc Group

    Gillc Group needed to create an identity for their information discovery software solution “Columbo”. Along with complementing their company logo, the brief was to include an icon which could be used within the product and as a desktop icon. We put our best creative ideas into a logo development document for discussion with the Gillc team. “What a pleasure to look through such a well presented design story,” they said. The chosen logo centred around the concept of looking and finding key facts within a mass of content.

    Marketing Outsourced also delivered a website, stationery, brochure, presentations and worked on a small retainer to provide general marketing advice and guidance.

    Client name: Internet Sheriff Technology

    Australian security software company Internet Sheriff needed collateral to support their sales efforts. Marketing Outsourced designed and printed sales sheets and smart corporate folders with space for a business card.

    Marketing Outsourced undertook a 3 month assignment working with the Australian company and a small team in the UK to get the marketing up and running. This involved producing marketing materials for the sales team and designing and delivering an email campaign which resulted in senior level meetings with 2 major ISP’s.

Marketing Outsourced is managed by Jemma Browning - MCIM, Chartered Marketer and supported by her team of excellent suppliers built up over the last 14 years. Prior to setting up Marketing Outsourced in 2003, Jemma was head of marketing for a software company.
